I can't recommend Loads4Less and Managing Director, Adam highly enough! I recently needed to clear out a house, and it was an emotionally charged situation that needed to be done quickly. Adam and his staff went above and beyond anything I could have expected. From the very beginning, Adam was incredibly understanding and compassionate. He knew this was a difficult time for me, and he treated the whole situation with sensitivity. His staff followed suit – they were incredibly careful and respectful while clearing out the house. It was a monumental task, but they tackled it with care and compassion, making a very difficult process much easier to bear. Loads4Less is a truly genuine and ethical company. They put their customers first, and it shows in everything they do. If you're facing a house clearance, or any kind of removal job, don't hesitate to call them. They'll take care of everything, and they'll do it with the utmost professionalism and respect. Thank you, Adam and Loads4Less team, for making a difficult time so much easier to manage.

Very reliable company to collect and deliver your personal belongings/furniture. Also very friendly, helpful and trustworthy from what I experienced from using their company. The driver walid was so friendly and very good at his job. Kate who works in the office was very helpful and so kind to organise the day I wanted to move on. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using Loads4Less for the past 8+ years. I recently used them again March 2024 and they where fantastic. Booking was very easy and the office staff answered all my questions and made the process as simple and stress free as possible. On the day of the move the gentlemen where kind, professional and again extremely helpful. Moving house can be a stressful experience but Loads4Less genuinely remove all the stress for me. I will continue to use them if I move again and could not reccomend them highly enough.

The move would not have been possible without Paul Kemp, who very creatively and professionally moved my home taking utmost care of each item. Brilliant removal company. Very hardworking crew (Troy, Sterling and Paul). Made a very stressful day, less stressful. Very professional service, went above and beyond customer service on the day. 5* service. Would thoroughly recommend Loads4Less. Sterlings organisational skills for loading the van, was fantastic!! The vans were very clean and the furniture covers for everything were very professional. Even the carpet/floor protectors were very high quality. Thank you

Can’t praise James and his team enough. Needed a collection and delivery from M&S. Called James, never used the company before, he immediately was able to help. 2 great guys delivered and placed the item in the bedroom, very respectful of my home.100% recommend Loads for Less. Thank you.

We recently paid £96 to have a large 3 seater sofa moved 6 miles across the city. 45 minutes late, and after 3 phone calls as the driver hadn’t thought to use a sat nav, he turned up in a huge van, and alone as no one had told him it was a 2 man job. After numerous calls to the office to get someone else out to help him, I was assured the owner, would be attending himself to help the driver, and so we advised we were heading home due to sitting at the collection address for over an hour already. The original driver was apologetic and pleasant, but embarrassed about wasting our time, and even though he asked the seller and myself to help him lift it (both ladies, one pregnant!), that doesn't warrant a complaint. What does warrant a complaint is Adam collecting my property then refusing to deliver it is as it was “too late” and having “prior commitments”. He basically called me when I was almost home and said he wouldn’t be delivering it as “a man should’ve been at the property to help lift it”! He later corrected these comments after listening to the call and confirming 2 men should've attended, but still refused to deliver it the same day. When he says late he means 6pm, which is hardly late given the delays were down him and it would’ve taken 20 minutes to deliver it from the collection location. During the call he was dismissive, rude, patronizing, and muted me when I was talking, responding with “finished?, when I stopped. What a pleasant guy, eh? In short, he advised he would be taking the sofa back to his unit and leaving it there “until he could deliver it”, leaving me completely stranded, without a sofa, and wasting 3 hours of my evening. I advised him it was not acceptable as needed the sofa due to hosting my childs birthday party the next day, but he said he couldn’t deliver it the next morning, so to collect it from his yard. Apparently, I am 'unresonable' as he had 'tried all he could to help me', but I would love to know how he thinks what he did helped me in any way. Luckily for him, Kate, who works in his office is lovely, and offered to help myself, Mum, and young Daughter move the sofa in to another van, so my Daughter could have her party. Because moving a heavy sofa is something 3 women and a child should be doing. As other reviews state, they’re only a good company if it all goes smoothly, otherwise you’ll come unstuck. Luckily for us we got a full refund, our property back, and thanks to Kate and some helpful neighbors the other end, a sofa in time for the party! But please think twice before using this company, especially when there are others out there who are cheaper, more professional, and have more transparent reviews. I'm sure he'll respond to this with the same objection he does every other negative review on here, but the fact of the matter is, if he had delivered my sofa to me as I paid him to, I wouldn't be needing to leave this review at all.

Have used Loads4less for 4 moves in the past few years and Sterling & Wallid helped us move into our new home this time and they were amazing. They were so helpful, positive & friendly and made what would normally be quite stressful very relaxing. They took such care with our furniture and items and they were so well prepared. Couldn't have asked for better! They were so efficient and just all round great guys. Thank you so much Sterling & Wallid!
