Brilliant service and highly organised.We have had a relatively short notice move, with needing to pack the contents of a house and move the contents into storage in Norwich.I spoke with Adam and James over the period, received a thorough quote and agreed to the packing and moving service.Great comms and well organised before the day. On moving day it was also v smooth, the 3 guys who arrived came on time and did the job quickly and thoroughly. They were really professional and basically just got on with it all. Everything itemised, lots of pictures. I paid a deposit upon booking and the rest before they left the property - again, all smooth.At the other end the guys unloaded everything into the storage unit and when I went to it later, all neat and securely locked.So, I highly recommend Loads4less and am really happy with them- thank you

This is the 3rd time I've used this company in the last 10 years and would happily do so again. Not to down play their service, this is a 'man with van' type service, and the price reflects that, but if that's exactly what you need you can't go wrong.

Better experience than other local removals. Matt, Matt, and Mark were top blokes. Open and honest about damaging some furniture. They helped guide each other to make sure they navigated through everything smoothly. They also brought door, furniture, and TV protectors. I was happy to sit by and let them get on with things, and they were friendly and chatty throughout the morning. A few things were left at the flat but still giving 5 stars because they genuinely tried their hardest to get it all loaded

Came really promptly, lovely guys and got the job done and dusted pretty quickly. Can't fault the service. Would use again. They had protective sheeting for fragile items.

No hassle, quick pick-up, quick load-out. Everything was delivered over 150 miles away with no problems.

Adam did a thorough survey of our property/belongings before giving us a reasonable price, with clear information regarding additional services on offer. Adam communicated clearly and promptly throughout, and the online portal made payment easy. Loads4Less were one of the only companies we found that were willing to work around a carpet fitter on the same day (we were moving into a new build property without any installed), which was much appreciated and they worked well round each other on the day. The guys that moved us on the day worked hard to move us promptly, and impressively so in a heat wave! Unfortunately our clothes did get left behind in the previous property (this only became clear at the end of the day when the wardrobe boxes on the van were found to be empty!). Luckily we had our old property until the next morning to pick these up ourselves. Everything else got to our property however, although it would have been preferable for there to be a little more care to avoid a broken lamp and dents in walls etc., which probably could have been reduced by removing the drawers from our chests of drawers before taking them up the stairs for example.

We recently used Loads4Less to move into our new house and couldn't recommend them more. We had a lot of people telling us that booking in removals was the best money they spent in the house buying process, and after our experience we can definitely agree. Adam was great at communicating with us in the lead up to the move, responding quickly to answer any questions and keeping in touch whilst we waited for a confirmed date. Matt and the rest of the movers were super friendly and professional, working in a heatwave at a fast pace to get us moved in quickly. Will definitely use this company again in the future!
